Fees

How much does it cost to enter?

There is an entry fee to the Sustainable Future Awards. Why? Because there are real costs associated with the care and secure storage of entries, and the processing of entries and payments. Distributing collated papers to the judges, convening the jury, providing a venue for the judging days, if necessary, offering refreshments and lunch to the judges, compiling the privately scored judges’ marks and communicating the short-list to the lucky finalists, also incur costs.

So the entry fee for this inaugural year of the Sustainable Future Awards is set at £300.00 plus VAT at the current applicable rate (£360.00 including VAT at 20%)

Second or subsequent entries are FREE to enter.

Payment for entries must be received at the time of entry and receipt of entries will be acknowledged electronically. If you prefer to be invoiced please let the Awards office know and an invoice will be raised for you to pay by BACS, or via PayPal. Please remember that we only allow 14 days for payment of invoices.

Please note: We will always organise an occasion to celebrate the Winners and Finalists. This may be a live event in a venue or an online event if there are restrictions in place for any reason.

The cost of attending these occasions will be additional to any fee paid for your initial entry and the costs will be clearly shown on the Booking Form when open.

Awards ceremony: June 14
